Situation before:
Paper-based records that had to be transferred manually for evaluation.
Situation afterwards:
User access was granted via a web interface. Admin access was via database client. After logging in, the user could select the workgroup in which they were currently working and the job they were working on. This displayed the set of error categories available to them with the error codes they contained. After this selection, the number of errors, impact, causative area, comment and urgency of processing could be entered and photos added.
During the input procedure, all errors already recorded for this order were displayed, so that duplicate entries could be avoided easily.
Back in the menu the user could obtain information about the overall status of the errors he had entered in special screens. Those responsible for the assigned causative areas could also obtain information about their processes.
