How can I work for you?
There are various modern tools and technologies available to help you work remotely and efficiently. Two of the most common options are Remote Desktop and AnyDesk. These programs allow me to access one of your computers via the Internet and control it as if I were sitting in front of it.
For this to work smoothly, the computer I need to access must have the appropriate software installed to enable remote access. This could be the remote desktop application from Microsoft or AnyDesk, for example. Furthermore, it is necessary that the computer you provide me with is dedicated for this purpose. This means that the computer is not being used by another user at the same time in order to avoid disruptions and security risks.
Another important point is access rights. The user I use on this computer must have the appropriate rights to be able to carry out the necessary work. If necessary, this also includes (at least temporary) administrator rights. Of course, user data must also be available for all data resources to be used.
In addition to remote control of the computer, the audio-visual communication can be done via programs such as Teams, Zoom or Jitsi. These tools allow us to communicate in real time, work together on documents and provide visual support, for example through screen sharing or video calls.
This allows us to work together efficiently, even if we are in different locations.
